Actually, I doubt it. Reason: a number of errors show up on screen and do not 
get copied into the file. Therefore, tonight I did another fresh build of 
gnash and its test suite, and copied the results off the screen itself. The 
results are at http://www.wg3.net/On-screenCompilationErrors.txt -- and I 
tried attaching it here. However, it didn't make it through.

I certainly hope that it isn't essential. I went on Ming's web site and 
downloaded their version 0.4.2 and compiled that. Hopefully it's up to date 
enough.

N.B.: After a careful review of your technical manual, I found it strongly 
suggested there that MAKE CHECK is indeed supposed to display a number of test 
files on my screen. Based on that, I'm bound to say that no part of the test 
suite is working.

Compile results for that are included as well in my 232.8 KB file on my web 
site.
