libltdl* is built in libbase, not the libltdl directory created by
libtoolize.
While i've resolved the problems on darwin, it seems that cygwin has
always problems and i receive the error i've posted in the previous mail
at the end of libbase compilation.
libtool: link: cannot find the library `../libltdl/libltdlc.la' or
unhandled argument `../libltdl/libltdlc.la'
What i can check?
