I would like to drop the AudioDecoderNellyMoser in Gnash. Ffmpeg has
handled it well for more than a year. Gnash's Nellymoser code is
supposed to step in when the Ffmpeg version is too old, but I have seen
no evidence that the code has ever worked. On the other hand, there's
plenty of evidence that it makes a horrible noise or does nothing at all
instead.

Are there any objections? Or can anyone demonstrate that the code works?
