I would like to drop the AudioDecoderNellyMoser in Gnash. Ffmpeg has handled it well for more than a year. Gnash's Nellymoser code is supposed to step in when the Ffmpeg version is too old, but I have seen no evidence that the code has ever worked. On the other hand, there's plenty of evidence that it makes a horrible noise or does nothing at all instead.
Are there any objections? Or can anyone demonstrate that the code works? bwy -- Use Gnash, the GNU Flash Player! http://www.gnu.org/software/gnash/ Benjamin Wolsey, Software Developer - http://benjaminwolsey.de C++ and Open-Source Flash blog - http://www.benjaminwolsey.de/bwysblog xmpp:[email protected] http://identi.ca/bwy
