I just fixed this. It turns out that I was missing
/etc/apt/trusted.gpg, since this deb repository is hosted on a CentOS
machine. I set that up, imported my key, and then regenerated the
Release.gpg key for lenny. It works fine in my test, please let know if
it still doesn't work. I'm psyched, I've been wanting to fix the gpg key
handling since I setup the deb repository.
