Alright, updating git_buildbot.py to the version found
in buildbot git repository fixed the problem.
Now every push results in a signalled change for each
commit.

Next thing to would be looking at build request merges possibilities.

Currently _every_ commit (not push) triggers a build.
This may be good, or extremely annoying.
