Someone on IRC was trying to build gnash with GLES renderer for maemo
only to get a segfault on startup. This is because gnash advertises
the OpenGL-ES renderer and successfully builds, but then doesn't find
such renderer and segfaults.

Apart from improving GTK gui robustness in these cases... can we
drop the OpenGL-ES choice from configure.ac w/out hurting anyone ?
