Gnash works in *nixs, and some ports has been made for Windows and MacOS

Flash have 2 Virtual Machine, actually Gnash support  AVM1, but AVM2 is not
supported, so Flash9 and newer are not supported due to AVM2 problem.

as far as i know, if your browser support NPAPI the gnash plugin for Firefox
will work in your browser...
