Squeeze has been released with 0.8.8-5 version. "-5" is the debian
revision added to upstream version (0.8.8).
Latest gnash version released is 0.8.9.

Few days ago I uploaded 0.8.10~git20110618-3~bpo60+1, a recent git
snapshot to squeeze-backports. Follow [1].

gnashdev.org doesn't host packages for arm at the moment.

You might want to contribute by adding one of your arm machines to the
buildbot farm. This would make the project be able to provide gnash
recent versions even for arm. If interested, [2].
Anyway I'll upload to squeeze-backports from time to time.
