[Gnash] gnash standalone runs under x11 on os x here

In xterm, /usr/local/bin/gnash car_crash.swf plays the car sequence 
to completion, without audio. It starts with a small garbled 
rectangle at the top-left of the window, which is then replaced with 
the orange background when the sequence starts. Clicking close in the 
output window causes:

sh: line 1: firefox: command not found
to show up in the xterm window.
