Does not, but could be made supporting it. Just, it takes a lot of time and developers don't have enough fundings to spend this much on it, so prefer to deal with better compatibility with older versions. Note that it's not about SWF 10, but about ABC code. You can have SWF 10 with no ABC code in it, that kind would be supported by Gnash. ABC code was introduced with SWF 9, so movies up to SWF 8 would be more easily supported, and aren't 100% so yet, so for some devs reaching 100% compatibility of up to SWF 8 makes more sense than getting a bit wet in ABC space but still doing badly old and new content.
