Let me introduce first: I am working in a project in Venezuela, which have the goal of manufacturing, developing and mantaining the Lemote Yeelong in our continent. For this we have contacted FSF asking the complete endorsenment of gNewSense in this hardware. They answered the main issue to solve before, is one concerning the SiliconMotion driver (video). So I started to search for experts here in Venezuela to research and solve this. Maybe we need to recompile the Silicon Motion Driver to the gNewSense Lemote Yeelong. There is an existing effort in this [1] but the page is in a very difficult language and the package appears to crash or to not work properly in some reeboot situation. Any help, advice or information will be helpful. Thanks.
