I suspect that my Yeeloong may not have the NOP bug, as I've not yet
seen it lock up, but I would recommend starting with the following
initial sequence (where each package is built and installed before
moving onto the next one, so that the earlier packages are used to
build the later ones):

1. binutils (one which fixes NOPs by default)
2. gcc
3. glibc

... and then recompile every package, including the ones above
(a second time) ...
