Hi,

I've patched Xorg so that the Siliconmotion driver doesn't crash
anymore. It does need an xorg.conf for that, which you can find on the
wiki [1]. I haven't yet found how to create that automatically. I'm not
sure if the driver is significantly better than framebuffer, but X not
crashing is an improvement.
