No, it is not a satanic symbol nor a symbol of any other cult or religion, and it does not represent Saturn [2]. I designed the current logo [2] and also worked in a modification of the previous tree logo [3]. Both logos are just vector graphics with some forms. The former represents a radio telescope (like Parkes) and a planet, as Sam said; the latter is a tree, a gnu and a person. P.S.: I don't practice Satanism nor any other religion.
