It's now possible to bootstrap Ucclia from the beta archive.
Instructions are pretty much the same as for Parkes [1], except that
you should install Ucclia's debootstrap [2] and run

sudo debootstrap ucclia /mnt/ucclia http://beta.gnewsense.org/gnewsense

Note that the beta archive is still incomplete and that this is *not*
recommended for regular users. I want to avoid user complaints about a
broken repository when beta goes away.
