Hmm, have you ever checked if the server is used to send out spam? Maybe due to a bug in a web form? I had those kind of issues with MediaGoblin which had/has an ugly bug, letting the form being used for spamming. I was able to monitor this by taking a look at /var/log/mail.log Greets Marcus
