My system also usually freezes when I try to use the GNOME configuration interface. I recommend trying to get it working using the command line programmes (iwlist, iwconfig, iwpriv, etc.) first. They seem to be more reliable and less likely to cause a crash. The GNOME interface also doesn't seem to support WPA which I always want to use (and the KDE equivalent doesn't seem to either). -- Please avoid sending me Microsoft Office files - see http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/no-word-attachments.html. Don't get Windows Vista, get GNU/Linux - see http://www.getgnulinux.org. _______________________________________________ gNewSense-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gnewsense-users
