Indeed its true. We need a separate place to carry our work freely. Without
a separate dev mailing list, we have to scan through every "Users" posts
which contain nothing but very basic doubts which anyone can respond to.
With separate mailing list, we would be able to quickly get our thoughts
across the table. I think "Mailman" would be ideal.
