Besides that, have you simply extracted the ISO and put the files on CD? If so, it will not boot. You need to burn the ISO on the CD. And if that doesn't help, try burning at the lowest speed. You can also use a program like FUSBi (http://aligunduz.org/FUSBi/) to put it on USB, which in case you have a really fast USB, will turn out to be more beneficial than having it running on a CD.
