Interesting I also like the change, since i don't know what would happen with Ubuntu if Canonical takes other desicions (i'm a newbie and don't know very much about this)
I think there is no need for gNewSense to support so many arquitectures i tried Debian Lenny and it is too complicated for non experts, it amazes me that the development group is less than five salud!!
