Yes this worked also for my computer.

So far i failed till now.

If i am in the livecd session, it seems that the image file don't want
to get installed. I couldn't find out why. It tells something that it
can't come/do something in the folder lib/modules/"newversion"/ so it is
deleting this folder again. May there is a privileged problem. Because
even if i use sudo, i never have to type the password in.

If i try to boot the new installed gNewSense, than i get the busybox.
But may this is now better, because it is the busybox from my harddisk.

Do i have to replace the kernel from the busybox, don't think so, or?

Did you had problems by replacing the kernel?
