This happens when downloading partman-auto, yet /var/cache/anna/

If I delete it, it downloads it again and then fails. Changing mirrors
doesn't help etc.
I've had series of these errors when installing like two weeks ago,
couldn't do it for a day. Then it magically went through.
Now I'm stuck again. Anyone have an idea?
Our package archive is (partially) broken at the moment, for all
architectures as far as I can tell. We're looking at how we can fix the
problem.
