By "connect to the home network" do you mean access shared folders on other

What firewall are you using?

I used the "ufw" wich is documented on the gnewsense website

gNewSense does not block any network traffic by default.

Right because the firewall isn't actiated by default. Or did I missunderstood 
something?

You can check your firewall settings by running "sudo iptables -L" in a 
terminal.

This is the output of "sudo iptables -L":
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination         

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination         

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target     prot opt source               destination
but I don't unterstand it.
