Can rfkill (the program) unblock it?

Parabola GNU/Linux-libre uses the same kernel configuration (recompiled
using newer GCC), there rfkill works (although I use netcfg's support
for unblocking rfkill in their networking scripts).  I probably won't be
able to help, not using gNewSense.
