Ah, so you're more interested in the code than in the application. I
had a closer look at tkman and I found that it also falls under the
Artistic License 1.0, like rman. So we need to remove it too. I opened
a bug report for it [1]. Thanks for helping us find this issue.

Have fun writing a replacement. :)
