[gngeo] ggf v0.4 released

And ggf team (me and Pedro ;-) ) does it again -  Version 0.4 of 
GnGeoFrontend is now available for download.
It has as great introduced feature rom info (description, year, players, 
etc). This info is saved in a xml file so it can be easially customized.

The homepage of the project has moved to sourceforge 
(http://gngeofrontend.sourceforce.net). Go there to download it.
Any issue or suggestions, feel free to email me.
