Hello all.

Today, 30th of September 2006, the libre software development crew
Choplair-network is very pround to announce the immediate availability
of its killer app: XGngeo 16 final!

If you haven't already got striked by the light and don't know about
it, in some words one can say that XGngeo is actually the
state-of-the-art frontend (GUI) for your prefered Neo Geo emulator, as
it features the most complete and up-to-date support for GnGeo, making
it's whole power become intuitive & user-friendly!

This new stable release includes many bug fixes and enhancements since
the last beta version:
- Support of all-in-one ROM driver file switched to a more flexible
ROM driver directory (the new standard since GnGeo 0.7).
- Optional use of Psyco (if module is available) to boost XGngeo's
overall speed performance [courtesy of Achraf Cherti].
- The user may now only choose a certain BIOS type when it is
available in his/her BIOS directory.
- Ability to customize the background color of available ROMs in the list.
- ROM selection in the list doesn't require double click any more,
just single. :p
- Increased ROM list displaying speed (especialy when ``Show available
ROM only"option is enabled).
- Improved ROM list refreshing feature (now applied just after having
updated the ROM directory list).
- etc. etc.
(complete changelog readable at
`http://developer.berlios.de/project/shownotes.php?release_id=11259')

Moreover, compared to the previous stable release (that is to say
XGngeo 15), it still contains new exciting features such as:
- Support for multiple ROM directories in the ROM list, which now
perfectly detects ROMs using GnGeo directory scanning.
- Added support for Unibios and many other emulation options :
hardware surface, transparency pack, 68K and Z80 CPUs clocking, new
benchmark mode, etc.
- Full Hot Keys support, independently for the 2 players.
- Really improved manual ROM selection (with automatic ROM detection
and optional display of preview image).
- Loads of bug fixes, code optimizations and visual enhancements.
- New system-wide installation and per-user frontend preferences.
- etc.

Therefore, don't wait a second for grabing your copy from our BerliOS
project download area
(`http://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1276&release_id=11259'),
and enjoy the evolution!

Regards,
Choplair
