Well, is a stale NFS handle a .nfs{blah} file? From what I understood, those can indicate that a file was deleted and there was another process in the directory so NFS creates the .nfs{blah} entry. That's the situation I have and I'm trying to find what that process is. -- Jeff Macdonald <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> My birding blog: http://www.virtualbuilder.com/archives/cat_birding.html Into birding?
