I am guessing it is because <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> is not a a pre-approved poster for the <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> mailing list. So, when a message arrived from that address, it was held until someone with admin access to the listbot manually approved it. Now, why isn't that address a member of the pre-approved poster list? Well, because nobody asked for it to be added, that's why. Granting admin access does not, alas, also bestow the recipient with psychic powers. I've added that address, now. Hopefully, that will help timely delivery of announcements in the future.
