I'm looking for recommendations for a "good" domain registrar who can handle international registrations.

"Good" is probably the tricky part - I've been through my share of awful customer service (NetSol, GoDaddy, Register.com) and typically like to use outfits that support/promote FOSS and rights like EasyDNS or Gandi.net. I try to give The Good Guys some support when I can.
I like that when I call EasyDNS a guy in the machine room answers and gives me the right answer in under 2 minutes. I like that Gandi supports online property rights and gives back code to the community.

But I find myself needing to register a domain across Europe and Asia for a global outfit and The Good Guys I know about don't do that. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
-Bill
