   I think you're looking for something like this:

$ ssh -L 8000:localhost:8000 myserver ssh -L 8000:insideserver:80 bastion

   It's just one ssh client spawning another, each with the necessary
port forwarded.  This could probably be extended to dynamic port
forwarding (-D), but I've never tried that.
