I don't have any recommendations for you, but the following bits of information may be useful to you: This is called "dynamic DNS update" (or "DDNS update", or "dynamic DNS", etc.). Your nameservers have to support it. The company you use for domain name registration (e.g., VeriSlime/Network Delusions, Register.com, DomainMonger, etc.) does have to have anything to do with DNS hosting. So if you're using Acme DNS Registration and don't want to switch, you can still use a third-party for nameserver hosting. -- Ben Scott <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | The opinions expressed in this message are those of the author and do | | not represent the views or policy of any other person or organization. | | All information is provided without warranty of any kind. | _______________________________________________ gnhlug-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnhlug.org/mailman/listinfo/gnhlug-discuss
