If you want a complaint published, get it said in two short
paragraphs. The letter is good though.
The Telegraph staff knows better, I am quite sure, but they have to
be reminded from time to time. The letter is really to the reporter,
not to the public (except as a correction notice). It is likely to
have the effect you want even if not published.
