How (and How Well) Do They Work? Businesses are narrowly limited in
their ability to obtain and enforce noncompetition agreements, but it
can be done. Nondisclosure agreements obligate signers to keep a
company's secrets. Both are important for employers, employees, and
consultants. Both can be tricky and difficult to enforce.
Attorney Sean Gorman will discuss the law and best practices in
negotiating, drafting, and enforcing such agreements, including the
impact of a May 2005 decision of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
