[big long idea snipped, since I actually Googled for it:] http://cse-mjmcl.cse.bris.ac.uk/blog/2006/10/30/1162236580795.html Of course, this is limiting the app to Firefox. You could do the same thing with a trusted Java applet, and handle the UI through the Javascript/Java bridge thingy. I don't think Java is as widely deployed as Sun thinks it is on home-user machines, so 'download Firefox'/'download Java' might be a wash. -Bill ----- Bill McGonigle, Owner Work: 603.448.4440 BFC Computing, LLC Home: 603.448.1668 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cell: 603.252.2606 http://www.bfccomputing.com/ Page: 603.442.1833 Blog: http://blog.bfccomputing.com/ VCard: http://bfccomputing.com/vcard/bill.vcf _______________________________________________ gnhlug-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnhlug.org/mailman/listinfo/gnhlug-discuss/
