My experience is limited to setting it up for a client, but it was straightforward enough to do that and they haven't complained about it since. I think they're even using it. :) IRM also wants to be a trouble-ticketing system and a FAQ system, and I don't think it excels at either. They were using it for FAQ's, linking to MediaWiki more complex than a simple Q/A and using RT for ticketing. I have on my list todo sometime to explore SNMP auto- configuration with IRM. It's there, just requires configuration, but more significantly client-side configuration. I don't think it's going to be OpenView, but perhaps good-enough. -Bill ----- Bill McGonigle, Owner Work: 603.448.4440 BFC Computing, LLC Home: 603.448.1668 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cell: 603.252.2606 http://www.bfccomputing.com/ Page: 603.442.1833 Blog: http://blog.bfccomputing.com/ VCard: http://bfccomputing.com/vcard/bill.vcf _______________________________________________ gnhlug-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnhlug.org/mailman/listinfo/gnhlug-discuss/
