I'd want to see the output of: /sbin/ifconfig -a route -n That would go a long way to explaining things I suspect. Also, can you just hard-code the IPs for the HDHomeRun devices or do they have to use DHCP? For such a small subnet, I can't help but think that hard-coding would just be easier in this case.
