there are a number of JavaScript+CSS packages that allow one to write slides - sometimes low verbiage hi punch - in MarkDown and save them as a single page that scrolls though the slides. Not very Tuftian, but lends itself to a minimalism that avoids the worst of bulletmania.
Tufte's simplest advice is to do a Poster Session poster not a bullet slide deck and print it as Ledger size handouts.
