Thanks very much for the feed back. It confirms what we are dealing with. I'm not sure when the last back-up was, we will check. We will do an other backup so as to not dig deeper. Then we will evaluate trying to fix vs. just rebuilding from scratch. From scratch might be viable since most of the work into the site thus far was exploring/learning/trying and should be repeatable with less effort than the first pass.
