There is a plug-in that can remove the DRM from Adobe ebooks, allowing Calibre to convert them to other formats. https://apprenticealf.wordpress.com/ However, the de-DRM procedure requires Adobe Digital Editions, which doesn't have a Linux version AFAIK.
