AT would actually be a good deal harder. Other than the soft power control option, ATX doesn't really have "features", just a form factor. And the ATX form factor has a major advantage: The "I/O gasket" of ATX lets mainboard OEMs stuff video, network, and everything else onto one board easily, without multiple I/O expansion slot brackets or custom cases. The orientation of the components on ATX boards also makes a good deal more sense. While not impossible, a 1U AT form-factor system would be decidedly inconvenient to build. > I suspect what you have spec'ed will be sufficient. I have zero information on how much traffic the GNHLUG website does, so I am in the dark there. Do you have any numbers? I was figuring the single biggest demand would be mail processing for the discussion list, for the simple reason that the discussion list appears to be, more-or-less, the "heart" of GNHLUG. But that is a WAG. -- Ben Scott <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | The opinions expressed in this message are those of the author and do not | | necessarily represent the views or policy of any other person, entity or | | organization.
