  AT would actually be a good deal harder.  Other than the soft power
control option, ATX doesn't really have "features", just a form factor.
And the ATX form factor has a major advantage: The "I/O gasket" of ATX lets
mainboard OEMs stuff video, network, and everything else onto one board
easily, without multiple I/O expansion slot brackets or custom cases.  The
orientation of the components on ATX boards also makes a good deal more
sense.

  I have zero information on how much traffic the GNHLUG website does, so I
am in the dark there.  Do you have any numbers?

  I was figuring the single biggest demand would be mail processing for the
discussion list, for the simple reason that the discussion list appears to
be, more-or-less, the "heart" of GNHLUG.  But that is a WAG.
