It would be easier to just catch the guys the next day and zap 'em
into the HallOfShame.

Otherwise, we'd have to either:

~ * Change register.pl (or whatever) to automatically put new users
~ in the whitelist, or
~ * Do it ourselves whenever there is a new registration
