  I'd say go ahead and forward it now.  Lead time tends to be
important.  I doubt anyone else has, and if they have, no real harm.

me to, then their calendar is just the http://www.nhevents.com
calendar, which I already submitted to.

  I'll submited to them at the http://www.masshightech.com/ site. 
We're way too late for the print issue, but they have an online
calendar.  Hopefully we'll make it into that.
