I tried that too. I also just searched through my mail archives, and I have never corresponded with anyone by the name of Peter Wells. Several Peters, but none with the last name Wells.
Try doing the same thing with "Ben Scott" or "Lembree".

This is a hoax, and I think all the names on the "report" are bogus.
