I second that.  I started out trying to get Flashcom in Hudson - what an
ordeal.  I finally had to call them and say forget about it.  They have
*THE* worst communication skills.  I going with HarvardNet now and (at
least from my impression of them) they seem like they actually want to
treat you like a valuable customer - go figure.
