Hi guys and gals. It's me, Maria!
I need help..... or rather a friend does.
Recently (yesterday) a friend of mine received a notice from iVillage saying
that her parenting website is too confusingly similar to their parenting
section website..... and therefore, they want her site down.
I am wondering if any of you know of any other situations like this, that
have arisen in the past....... Or if anyone knows where she can find
information on whether she has a "legal leg to stand on."
BTW..... this friend is the one who let me sit and play on
Photoshop...before I was allowed my own version.... She "got me smart"
(that's my attempt at humor) ...
Any help would be appreciated.....
