The problem isn't so much with the "winmail.dat" binary attachment
(which thankfully is at the end so us ascii-only mail readers can just
ignore it), but rather in his first email his message was not included
but could be viewed by going to some weird "www.disappearing.com" or
"disink.com" https (SSL) URL. And after that was the "winmail.dat"
attachment, which in vi appears to just be a javascript wrapper to the
same "disink.com" stuff.
So, in short, I'd claim there were two independent problems in the message :-)
(#1 bizarre encrypted disink.com hyperlink, #2 winmail.dat thingie at end.
I can live with #2, but for me #1 means I hit delete delete button)
