No and yes. No, the listserver is not having problems with queue
backups or anything. Yes, a number of messages didn't get delivered
until today - they were sitting in my inbox awaiting approval.
The majordomo server is a bit outdated, and its parsing of messages
for administrative requests is overly paranoid. Any messages with
words like 'help', 'subscribe', or 'info' in the first 5 lines
will be pulled aside for review. I am working with the admin
group to update the server - in the meantime I can disable this
scanning.
