Unfortunately, I have to spend some time debugging my
sendmail.cf file.. there are some rules that work correctly
in -bt mode that *don't* when in production -bd mode.
Essentially, what I *want* is to see the input and output
for a particular rule, similar to that shown in -bt mode --
except I want to see the output generated by the daemon and
sent to a log file, or even to the sylog.
So far no joy in figuring this out.. it looks like all the
-d settings only work/make sense when run from a terminal
window; if I try using -bd -v, I only get partial reports
and mail transfers faile with connexion errors.
Any ideas? I've googled to no avail..
