Anyone remember Windows and VisiOn? The corporate battle that invented the
term "vaporware"? One of the first cases of Microsoft using their products to

I remember Bill Gates himself being quoted as joking, "Maybe we should call
it Microsoft Window instead of Windows", in reference to the features cut
between the brochure and release 1.0.
And some people still believe Microsoft actually leads the software
